Pricop Robert Cristian

Dr. Pricop Robert Cristian is a specialist in the Orthopedics-Traumatology department, working at the Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital under a volunteer contract, at the Regina Maria Hospital in Cluj-Napoca, as well as at the Galenus Medical Center in Turda. At Galenus, he offers outpatient consultations under a contract with the Health Insurance House (CAS), and at the Regina Maria Hospital he has a contract with CAS for surgical interventions, including prosthetics through the National Endoprosthetics Program.

He is an associate professor at the Orthopedics-Traumatology department at the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, being a doctoral student since 2023 and having forefoot surgery as his research topic.

Since 2021, he has been collaborating closely with Dr. Dragoș Apostu, working both at the Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital and at the Regina Maria Hospital in Cluj-Napoca. Here he practices ankle and foot surgery (hallux valgus, hallux rigidus, quintus varus, flat foot, Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia), knee, hip and ankle endoprosthetics, fracture osteosynthesis, as well as knee, shoulder and ankle arthroscopy.

Dr. Pricop Robert participates in international courses and internships, with the aim of integrating the latest therapeutic methods into his clinical activity. Starting with April 2025, he is following a superspecialization program in shoulder pathology at the Centro Médico Madrid Clinic, where he practices advanced surgery in various pathologies of the scapulohumeral girdle.

Alex Muresan

Coordinator & Physiotherapist

The founder/coordinator of this recovery center (Med Rehab Team) and, at the same time, a physiotherapist with over 5 years of experience in the recovery of neurological conditions within the Clinical Hospital for Recovery in Cluj Napoca.

Alex is a bachelor’s – master’s degree graduate, and will continue his doctoral studies at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca – Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, which will give him the opportunity to become a university assistant at this university and an associate professor at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca.

At the same time, he has been working as vice president of the ROHA Association since 2016, supporting together people with neuromotor deficiencies who live or benefit from specialized treatments in Cluj County.

Medical recovery and the complexity of this field represent a great passion, especially neurorehabilitation, along with the entire process that patients undergoing these trials go through.

He is always amazed by the recovery capacity of people in the stage of overcoming a traumatic episode.

A former high-performance athlete, Alex practiced basketball for 8 years and deeply understands the physical and emotional challenges of the rehabilitation process, having his own experiences of injuries and medical recovery. These moments inspired him to dedicate his career to physiotherapy, wanting to support and motivate patients facing similar difficulties.

His approach is practical and personalized, treating each patient with empathy and understanding, being dedicated to finding the most appropriate recovery methods adapted to individual needs and goals. Thus, he encourages patients to regain confidence in their bodies, actively supporting them on the path to a safe return to daily or sports activities.

Andreea Papp

She graduated, at the bachelor’s level, with a specialization in Physiotherapy and Special Motricity at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, within the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. She is currently continuing her master’s studies at the same faculty.

Andreea has a practical, empathetic and patient-oriented approach. Beyond her academic career, she completes her training with numerous volunteering and specialized courses, being part of the SMURD volunteer paramedic team. This experience has strengthened her skills in rapid reaction and adaptation in various conditions, essential qualities that she also translates into her work as a physiotherapist.

Active and involved, Andreea has been a licensed glider pilot since the age of 16 and a graduate of a mountaineering and survival school. These passions give her a special understanding of the human body in extreme conditions and fuel her desire to overcome herself. Currently, he works as a volunteer instructor at the same adventure school, where he combines physical and mental skills with educational ones.

She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the same university, specializing in Kinesiotherapy in Locomotor System Disorders.

Through her dual studies, she is interested in the complex aspects of movement at a scientific and pragmatic level. Passionate about endurance sports, her experiences have contributed to defining a complex and empathetic approach.

Alexandra continues her learning process through superspecialization courses, with the desire to help each patient through optimal management of the treatment plan.
